Many countries have Mouse Clubs or Pet Clubs that hold regular shows.

These shows give mouse owners a chance to meet and talk to other owners and breeders as well as compete in the show.

Most mouse shows have classes for particular varieties of mice where the mice are judged against a standard for that variety. Shows often include a pets class where mice are judged on their overall condition and temperament enabling any mouseowner to participate in the mouse show with their mouse.
