Dog wetting?

I have an 11 month old female staffie. She has been neutered so has never come into season.

I have an issue with her that I hope someone can advise me with please.

She has been house trained for months now and never had an accident.

But the last time my husband and I have gone out she has wet on our bed my side
I don't know much about dog behaviour but can someone please advise.

Maybe we should have shut our bedroom door! but my older dog like to lay in her basket in our room when we are out. ( may i point out they are very rarely left, if they are its only for a matter of 2hrs max)

Aww i wonder if shes scared youve left her and thats why shes wetting, maybe do practice leaves then come back 30 mins later to reasure her your coming back, let her outside before you go out and again when you come back.
try leaving her in same room as other dog maybe both in hall way .
